Step 2) A link to the form for your entry information will be given after the Contact Information is submitted. Make sure pop ups are enabled.
Both forms must be submitted. A copy of your responses will be sent to your email.

BMFA Music Camp Sponsorship for Brooks & County of Newell Residents
Will you be adjudicated on at least 3 selections at the 2024 Brooks Music Festival?
Are you age 15 or older and performing at an intermediate or advanced level?
If so, you may be eligible to enter our draw for a $500 Music Camp Sponsorship.
After you submit your entries, find all the criteria for eligibility and the entry form at:
